Her “can-do” attitude led her to success, from her work on a cattle ranch to becoming the manager of a popular local restaurant, Demetre’s, to running marathons. “I learned that when you set a goal, focus on the end result and work hard toward achieving it, anything is possible,” she explains. Beate Schmidt LICENSED REALTOR® Beate became a licensed REALTOR® in 1995 and joined Heidi in 2002 as the team's first licensed associate. Beate left Germany in 1981 and has made Vernon her home since. Her bilingual skills (fluent in English and German) have proven to be of great benefit to the team's European clientele. Over the years Beate hsa taken many seminars and recently became a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Beate is a recipient of numerous RE/MAX awards, endorsing her commitment to both past and new clients, and her desire to help them find the property they desire.

Maureen "Mo" Ruscheinsky LICENSED REALTOR® Maureen has been one of Heidi's buyer specialists since 2003. She became a licensed realtor in 2000, following an 18 year career in banking. Having been a resident of Vernon since 1977 she is very familiar with the area and loves to introduce newcomers to this wonderful location. Buying a home is an important step - whether it's a first time home or retirement home. Maureen is ready to make what can be a stressful experience into a pleasurable one for everyone. When Mo is not busy helping her clients, you can find her at the Powerhouse Theatre or playing with her grandchildren.

Rose Gut LICENSED REALTOR® Rose worked with Heidi for five years as an office manager and gained her real estate license in May 2005. Born and raised in Switzerland; Rose speaks German, French and English and works with many of our overseas clients. Her passion is finding the perfect home for her clients. The recent birth of their first grandson has brought much excitement into Rose and her husband's life and they enjoy taking visits home to Switzerland whenever they can.
